Only one entry is allowed per person. All Contest Entry Form questions must be answered completely. All entries become property of Circle Time e-zine, and may be published in Circle Time e-zine at the discretion of the editors. Entries will be judged by the editorial board of Circle Time e-zine. The judges' decision is final. Entries will be judged primarily on content and originality, but good grammar, spelling, and punctuation will help.
