- All entries are due by midnight CDT, July 30, 1998.
- Only one entry is allowed per person.
- All Contest Entry Form questions must be answered completely.
- All entries become property of Circle Time e-zine, and may be published in Circle Time e-zine at the discretion of the editors.
- The name of the person submitting the entry may be printed with entries that are chosen for publication, unless that person requests that their name be withheld.
- The winning entry will be selected at random from those selected for publication. The judges' decision is final.
- Entries will be selected for publication primarily on content and originality, but good grammar, spelling, and punctuation will help.
- Winner will be notified via e-mail before August 10th, 1998.
